1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Auravia Travel services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. The information you provide at the time of booking must be accurate and complete. Auravia Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect information is provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees of up to 50% of the total booking amount. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

4. Liability

Auravia Travel is committed to providing safe and reliable transport services. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion or other force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

5. Payment

Payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card. Card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. All prices are quoted in Tunisian Dinars (TND) unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed are final at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are required to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any harmful, threatening or abusive behaviour may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Smoking, consuming alcohol or illicit substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

7. Luggage

Each vehicle has a limited luggage capacity as indicated in the vehicle description. Auravia Travel accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal luggage. Passengers are advised to take out travel insurance covering their personal belongings.

8. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the provision of our services and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We comply with applicable Tunisian personal data protection legislation.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nabeul, Tunisia.
